Order Cancellation

 You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at brandastic1211@gmail.com with your order details.
 

Refund Process: If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
 

After Dispatch
 

Cancellation Post-Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the product after it has been delivered, as per our return policy.

Return Eligibility: You can return most items purchased from Brandastic within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
